Finally the rain decided to stop just enough for us to decide it wasn't enough rain to effectively ruin our equipment. I REALLY didn't want to go home without taking a few images! Blooming spring foliage, water, reflections, cloudy skies and sometimes even a little bit of sunshine.. PERFECT for infrared!
Digital Infrared Crater Lake, Oregon By Beverly Downen We finally made it to Crater Lake after much anticipation. When we arrived the wind was icy and chilled our fingers to the bone, and we decided to pack it up (along with the kids and Grandma), and resign to the fact that we needed to return for another day to try our luck again with mother nature's weather-whims. Needless to say we were amazed by this natural wonder, and I'm still stunned at the sheer size of the lake. It's massive.. and highly recommended! Printed on archival quality paper or Metal Available in several sizes
Indian Beach, Oregon By Beverly Downen Brett and I returned to Indian Beach to rediscover some of the amazing rocks and Monoliths you can't see from anywhere else. I love this beach mainly because the crowds don't venture this far into the woods to gain access to the beach. I don't think many people know about this place although it isn't too far from Ecola. If you get a chance to visit Indian Beach while you're in Cannon Beach or passing through, we definitely recommend it!
